1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days from order confirmation.
• Customized or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days depending on courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rivoria Creations reserves the right to revise shipping fees without prior notice.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking link provided.
5. Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
• Failure to accept delivery may result in return of the shipment.
• Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, transportation issues, or governmental restrictions. Rivoria Creations shall not be held liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Rivoria Creations shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
