Refund policy
At Rivoria Creations, we take great care in curating and delivering high-quality gift boxes.
Due to the nature of the items included in our gift boxes, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, returns or exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange requests will only be accepted if:
● The product(s) received are damaged, or
● The wrong product(s) have been delivered.
2. Reporting Timeline
● The buyer/receiver must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
● All claims must be reported via email at info@rivoriacreations.com.
3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items, the customer must provide:
● An unedited unboxing video with EXIF data intact.
● The video must clearly show the package unopened from all sides before opening.
● The full recording must capture the complete unboxing process without interruption.
Failure to provide the required video proof may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
● Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
● Two unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping partner.
● Refusal of the package by the recipient at the time of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our gift sets, order cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed. We are therefore unable to issue refunds for cancelled orders.
